Due to the fact that we are not actually selling a product or tangible good and because we ensure that this service meets our exact treatment specifications as well as our scientific standards and requirements prior to leaving our facility a money back guarantee is excluded. All refund requests must be received prior to the thermal cycling process occurring in our facility. Up to this point we will send your clubs back and you will be charged only the costs of shipping. Each and every club that is processed will be tested prior to leaving our facility.
